What are the similarities and differences between Jira Service Mgmt and Jira Work Mgmt products?
Hey @Sanjog Sigdel ,
That's a bit of a broad question.
Basically Jira Service Management is mainly used for Support organisations (internal or external) using a portal and Jira Work Management is used for (simple) non-development project follow up.
You can find more details in the documentation
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/overview-of-jira-cloud-products/
I also find this comparison by eficode to be pretty good
