I'm currently trying to customise a company service desk help centre, and have transitioned to the new help centre.
The option to include a custom banner and logo are there, but I can't seem to find any documentation for the recommended dimensions that the new banner and logo should be.
Any help with this would be great!

The minimum recommended size it would be 1105x300 which is the area available on the customer portal for the banner.
Related to the width, it will adapt the image to the portal, that's why we can't find what is the correct width of the banner on documentation.

The image size limit for the logo is 200x100 pixels.

Your answers are really useful thank you. But when I follow the links this is for the Cloud version, not for the server version.
When I search through the server documentation the dimensions are not mentioned. Is this the same as for the cloud?

As per the screenshots of the server documentation, I believe that the size is the same because if we compare the new portal from Cloud the design is the same for server.
I sent a message to our content design team to confirm this information and once I have a response I'll update here and I'll create an internal ticket for them to update the server documentation as well.

Sure thing, it would be great to have this information on our documentation.
I created an internal ticket suggesting to add this information on three documentations we have related to the customization of the customer portal.
