Hello,
I am trying to figure out the differences between Standard Jira Service Management vs. Premium. It states in here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/ are differences for the admin controls, however there is no explanation. What are the differences between Standard Jira Service Management Admin control vs. Premium? Thank you.
Here are some of the differences (at the time of writing this) between the Standard and Premium plans for JSM
Incident Management: Agents can escalate an incident to a major incident, smartly alerting the right service owner to help resolve the incident
Post-mortems - A written record of an incident.
3rd party integrations to keep Insight data up to date with different Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Mobile device and software management (JAMF, SCCM, Snow) Other CMDBs (ServiceNow, Device42)
This isn't an exhaustive list. I'm sure there are more things.
Hope it helps,
Hamza
I'm sure there are other benefits, the ones which comes to mind are premium opens up Assets (ITAM / CMDB), addl'l site controls, and unlimited storage. Your acct also gets assigned to a different support team.
