Weird automation issue saying that summary field is unknown

as the title says, we can't run automation because of a very unclear error saying that the summary field is somehow incompatible, meanwhile, jira itself encourages us to fill it. my automation is pretty simple and straightforwardchrome_6lsr7VHRAF.pngchrome_CI4kMmFRgP.png

Hi @Abdullah Said ,

When you create this ticket manually, is the "Summary" field visible on the screen and does it also require you to fill in a value? Can you then actually create the ticket ?

Also, I see that you fill the custom field "Start Date" with the value {{issue.created}}. I'm wondering if that could create an issue since there is actually no ticket created yet. I would suggest to use the {{now}} smart value.
