We wanted to understand if either of the below scenarios are possible for JSM

  1. Approver should get a email notification with list of all the request which he/she needs approve.

  2. If the above “end of the day status” is not possible can keep trigger notifications to the approvers after every 24 hours until they approve the request, so that instead of going into Jira and see on which exactly they need to take an action.

Hi @shivani shirguppi

I believe that the best approach would be to create a filter subscription. Thanks to this native Jira option, you will be able to get a list of issues in a specific status where the approvers need to take an action. Also, you may set a cron expression to decide when exactly the list of issues will be sent.
