We want ticket to re-open after being on on-hold based on the following timeframes:

To clarify, you have a status "On Hold" and you want to transition issues to "In Progress" after they have in that status for those time periods? If so, I'm confused by how you would ever reach the weekly, monthly, and yearly thresholds if you're always transitioning daily. Please provide more context so we can better assist on this.
