We uploaded all our customers on an excel file but the invite emails were not sent. How do i send them out? I was able to get some customers online with "Forgot Password" but i don't want to walk all my customers through that process. Have a few hundred customers.

If you followed the steps described on Bulk adding customers manually, your customers should have received the invites. However, if you noticed they hadn't received them, as an alternative, you can follow the workarounds suggested on How to Re-Send Invitation Emails for New JIRA Users.
Currently, it's not possible to re-send the email invites. There is a feature request in the Atlassian public issue tracker where you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on:
