My service desk manager has a dashboard that he attempted to share with myself (Jira Admin, Site/Org admin) and my Director (Org/Site admin) as well as another team member. When we go to the link he provides, it comes up with the error "We can't show that dashboard". He is sharing the direct link from the URL that he has bookmarked.
When I go to the dashboard lists, I can see all the private dashboards with lock icons, but his is not listed. He is able to make updates and configure the widgets. This is perplexing me as I am not able to change his configurations or permissions from my end because my Jira system cannot find that URL.
Anyone have any answers? Why can the user still use a dashboard that I cannot see in the dashboard list?
