Want to hide projects from JSM Portal

Shaf Ali April 23, 2024

I have so many projects in my site which are configured with email and ticket has been created in that project by anonymous user through email. Now I want to hide these projects from portal for others customers who are not relevant to that projects. I have tried by restricting the customer permission from "Open" to "Restricted" but its stopped the creation of tickets through email.

I am urgently looking for the solution on this. Anyone can please help me in this.

Thanks

If you remove the customers that should not have access to the project from Project settings > People as Service Desk Customers they will not be able to access the project from the portal nor from submitting emails.

Thanks @Mikael Sandberg  for the response. But I am looking for solution to openly receive tickets through email from customers without adding in project because I have 1000+ customers that will create ticket through email.

Kindly help in this regard if you has hear this issue before.

Currently there is no option to hide projects from the portal, there is a suggestion to add that feature that you can go and vote for, see JSDCLOUD-2007
