Want to create a ticket in Jira Service Management using Dynatrace Alerts. When I try to do the same following Dynatrace & Atlassian Documents, faced the following error.

The first thing I would do is make sure that the Atlassian account you are using to create the ticket has product access to JSM. Next would be making sure that account has the Create Issue permission in the project.
