Virtual agent and forms

Hi,

I'm really impressed with the Virtual Agent but I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to get the virtual agent to take users through filling out a form as part of a request?

That is a really good question indeed. Currently, virtual agent is only meant for answering to the customers based on the training data that you have provided them.

Currently, within the roadmap it is not defined when and if this feature will be released soon.
