View organization in query report

All my customers are included in an organization, But in the query, this fields doesnt appear in all the cases.

I attached the image.

 

Wich would be the reason of this?

The field organization displays the data associated with the issue.  So if an issue does not have an organization on it the it will not display in the filtered results.

You will likely find the issues that have the org show are shared with the org and the others are not,

So, I the organization is visible in the query, it means that this issue is share with all the people that is include the same organization?

That is correct, if you can see an organization in the query it is identifying the issues that have an organization assigned to them and that issue with an organization is shared with everyone in that organization in the customer portal.
