Hi, I tried Insight a few years back when we were hosting our own Jira. Now we are on the cloud and I have it as part of JSM Premium I want to get back in.
My idea is that we add a physical object used in our print department and print out the object's QR code and stick it onto the object.
When the object gets loaned out we scan the QR device using a smartphone which creates an issue on JSM and then when it is returned we scan the QR code again and the issue is closed.
Is this feasible?
