Using Inbound Reference as Attribute

Hello!

I am looking to use Jira for Software Tracking. I have two Schemas:
1. Employee
2. Software

Right now, I have the Objects linked so when software is assigned to the Employee Object, the Inbound Reference on the Software Object is created.

I am looking to have the inbound reference "Assigned to" (the Employee) populated in the Assigned to Attribute for easy reporting.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Joseph Chung Yin I've been trying to figure out a way to do this also.  Working in the same schema or a different one makes no difference. 
This seems like something that should be fairly easy to accomplish but is not.

Do you have any ideas on if this can be accomplished?

Hi Morgan:

Why are you using two separate schemas?  In our env, we have just one schema track our assets, where we have "assigned to" attribute associated with the "User" type.

Can you provide a bit more details on your schema usage?  So we can assist you better?
