In one project, there´s one user that doesn't receive the invitation mail. Other people with his same domain can access with no problem and create tickets. Is just this specific user, he already checked his spam folder. And I already resent the invite several times.
He appears as active, but I can confirm he doesn't receive the mail:

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email address is getting blocked for some reason.
