I have tried adding a user to Jira to submit tickets but they are not receiving the email invite. I have added and deleted the user about 4-5 times and they still are not receiving the invite. The user has checked with their IT and the emails are not getting blocked from their end and they have also added Jira domain as a trusted email.
I cannot submit a ticket here Atlassian Support because there is no button to submit a ticket. It only says the following.
An incident may be affecting Jira Service Management
