User has no access to Boards feature

Hi!

 

I have created a board for a JSM project, and currently, every agent on the team can view it, except for 2 agents.

When trying to access the board through the share link, they get an error message like "Ops! Something went wrong. We can't access this page right now. Check again later".

The weird thing is that they don't have access to any board or to the board feature. When going to "My Job", they only have "Assigned to me", "Recents" and "Queues" sections, the one for "Boards" is missing.

I´ve checked the permissions, product access, and roles, and everything seems the same as the rest of the agents.

 

Any idea what could the problem be?

Hi Joaquin,

There is a Global Permission called ' Shared Dashboards and Filters'.

I'd ask your Jira Admin, what 'groups' have that permission, and if the 2 people are in that group.

Hope that helps, but plet me know if its not the case, and I can dig a lottle deeper.

It was because user didnt have the Jira Software license activated, just the JSM one.
