on some requests we need to change the issue to an approval issue so that internal users like CEO or CTO can approve an request.
What i read in the forum is that approvers are typically customers added to the project, but when i try it with internal users they wont get an e-mail.
Hope some1 can help :)
Can you share a little bit more on how you setup your approvals?
That might help us identify why the internal approvers don't get an email.
