Use dynamic values as default response in Forms

We want to integrate a field into a form to be filled out by internal staff members via JSM Portal using a Form.

We want to integrate a Field allowing the Person creating the issue to select the reporter. By default it should be populated by the user itself.

Is there a way to use dynamic values in forms just like in i.e. Mail Templates?
