I would like to know if it is possible to use this field Select List (cascading) of JItra in the form.
I would need to use this field or a similar one, but the form doesn't have such a field and won't let me use JIra's.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Hi Ox,
Are you using the built-in form that comes with the Request Type? Or did you create a separate form using the Proforma form that now comes with JSM?
Hi John thank you very much for your reply. I'm using the JSM form. I was testing this new feature.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you create a Proforma form, you should be able to add what you like.

I'm assuming by "form" that you're referring to the customer portal within Jira Service Management? In which case, unfortunately this field isn't supported there.
There are however, a multitude of plugins that will support something like this if you have a scroll through the marketplace. ProForma, for example.
Hope that helps - Steve.

It was really just aesthetics. Is that this type of field would be perfect for my need.
I'm going to run some tests here. Any doubts I post here. Thank you all.
