Hello,
We have been having some complaints recently about our users not being able to upload files from their android devices (android 10-11).
We have verified it as well from multiple browsers, file explorers and even using pc as user-agent. When selecting the file, there is no indication of the file being processed or of it being uploaded. It's as if the select file process force closes.
Any insight on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
This can be due to the fact off:
"Uploading media files
Some outdated versions of the app don’t support uploading files to issues. If you’re experiencing problems, update your app to the latest version."

Then it could be that the browser version is to old on the devices.
This could relate to the Android version.
The latest browser version might not run on the old Android version, this can impact.
Do other users running later versions of Android have any issues?

Yes it happens even on latest android version as well. It specifically happens in the service management en ironment where the "browse" element to select a file is a hyperlink. In jira work management there is a dedicated button for browse, which works correctly.
