Hello,

Does anyone have an example where they have updated the Responder field using JSON in automation?

I've attempted to use the code from the page:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/updating-the-responder-field-with-automation-1188406166.html

but that doesn't work for me.

I've managed to add multiple users, but the Team just gets ignored, even thought he edit tells me it worked?

Thanks in advance

Mark

Hi Mark,

For me, in a similar situation, the issue was that what was meant here were the teams that were created in Opsgenie, with their IDs and not the team that was created in the JSM und People.

Hope it helps.
