Updating assets using the import tool

Hi All,

 

Is it possible to update assets using the import tool?

It is something that is currently possible on the Insight Asset Management App but we keep getting errors when trying to do it in Jira Premium (we are currently moving all of our 'stuff' over from the App to Premium and creating Company Managed Helpdesks rather than Team Managed).

Error occured during import.

Import took 6 second(s).

Error messages:

Error(s) for object type: MyObject
