I use organization and customer emails to track where all issues are coming from. I have one customer which I added but the name of the individual at the organization has changed by the email address is the same. For example...accounting@expertservicesolutions.com was the original email registered against Gira Desai but Gira Desai is no longer there and the email is the same but the owner of the email is now changed to Prat Desai. I need help to figure out how I can remove Gira Desai and add Prat Desai as the contact to the email.

If this is a Customer then go to administration - User management - Jira Service Management and find the user Gira then click on Edit full name.
