My agent wants to know if there is a way to display the last time an external client updates a ticket. I showed the agent the update field and when you hover over it, it will show a time stamp. However, the agent wants to know not when they updated the ticket, but the last update from the client. Is this possible?

You could try to create an automation rule that will fill a field with the timestamp of the last update made by a client
