Update Incident - This Incident is missing some features

Every now and then users of our JSM instance receive a notification (bottom left of the screen) with the following:

"This incident is missing some features. Update the incident to use the responders field, linked alerts and more."

I have a feeling this could relate to some fields I mandated recently however it doesn't explain why/when this alert occurs.

Thanks for any potential help.

(I did try to search but couldnt find any similar questions)

I'm also seeing this across multiple incidents. In one example, it was when a service request issue type was changed to be an incident.

Hello @Martyn Harmer / @andy.mccormack / @ASA Transition Team

Hope that the below documentation would help in understanding the reason behind the popup.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-missing-features-to-an-incident/

Ideally, this popup should not appear on any new incident that is created. However, there is an open issue that might cause this popup to appear on incidents that were updated to be Incident requests after the initial creation. We are actively working on fixing it.

Any resolution for this please.

We are still getting this message popping up on almost every ticket.  Is there any advice you could provide?
