As an agent, we unable to see the description portion when you click the ticket.

Were you getting the description earlier? I mean did you any install any App which could have caused this side-effect
It suddenly back to normal. after an hour.
No app nor configuration have done so far.

Other un usual was you can not see the linked ticket. You can click the linked ticket from queues viewing.
You can not also create a link to other project.
As i said. It works now fine after an hour.
