We are using the cloud version and since last Friday 2 of my users are unable to read complete message replied by the customer. They are working on windows laptops and have not done any updates to the laptops. If the message has more than 1 line its not visible unless they copy and paste to a note pad. We have already cleared the cache, logout and back in, tried on different browser but so far have not been able to resolve this. Please reference screenshot attached. Any suggestion on how to resolve this?

Can your users try adjusting the zoom in the browser settings to see if the text would display better?
If at 100% zooming out to 90% or 80% might help
Appreciate your help. Yes, we have tried to decrease zoom % that doesn't work either
