Unable to raise a ticket through the Slack | error "No Available Projects"

Hello,
I'm trying to connect JIRA to Slack, but after the "Assist" app on Slack was added and I tried to select "Raise a request", it came up with an error below,
"No Available Projects"
No projects are available outside of request channels.
What I've done already
1. Create Agent Channel + Reqeust Channel (both able to receive notification)
2. Slack integration: Done
There is something I missed? could you please advise?
