I have created a Webhook which allows me to create events in Datadog when incidents are raised in JSM, using the Datadog Jira integration. For incident creation, this is working and verified. However, no events are sent for updates, even though I have selected updates in the webhook definition.
I also want events to be sent when incidents are resolved. I have added a post-function to the "Resolve" workflow transition. This appears to have no effect and nothing is sent.
Has anyone else had experience with the Datadog integration? What might I have missed in setting this up?
(despite the tag, I am using cloud, not server)
