Hi,
This is a next gen project.
In the project settings > internal access > i have tried to add agents but they do not appear.
When i add an agent the message appears which states it will take some time for the agent to appear, however, after 24 hours the agent has still not been added.
I have tried with several different email addresses but nothing seems to be working.
Please can you assist,

Usually the addition is instantaneous and you shouldn't be facing any issue. Can you please check the Agent max licence is not exceeded?
@Muj Mumtaz , this does not sound correct. Are you still experiencing? Can you share details/screenshots?
