Hey guys,
I have been following the exact instructions shown below in an attempt to have a customer portal that allows customers to report issues without the need to sign up or login in.
Followed steps outlined here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/setting-up-login-free-portal-access-1289420880.html
Yet I am attempting to reach the portal and the software directs me toward a sign-up page
