Welcome to the community.  Can you provide more clarification on what you mean by "Backlog Prioritization"?  If you are referring to Kanban/Scrum "Backlogs" view, then it is not for JSM projects.  In JSM projects, all issues are tracked via Queues concept.  Kanban/Scrum "Backlog" view are for Jira Software projects and not JSM projects.
