Is anyone experiencing technical difficulties creating service tickets? As an admin I cannot create service tickets and users in my service group are experiencing the same issue. Any advice you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Demerle Lewis I'm not having any issues with my instance creating issues at this time. Looking at the Atlassian Status Page I don't see any reported issues relating to creating tickets.
I would say if it continues to persist, to open a ticket with Atlassian Support to get their input.
