Hi there. I am wondering if theres a Jira Service Desk Engineer that could possibly give us some training on how to set up a Helpdesk in Jira Service Desk. We have it set up, but we want to add some more buckets with their spesific options when logging tickets. Does anyone know of a UK Jira Engineer that can provide training please?
