Toolbar is missing in comment section for a single project

when I'm trying to add a comment in that project no toolbar is showing above 

can anybody please help here

Hi @himani ,

are you sure that you have grants to do that? Please, check "Add Comment" permission for your project in the related permission scheme (if project is a company managed). Otherwise, if project is a team-managed one, please check project access type (private, limited, public) and verify that your user can comment.

yes I have the access to that project 

even admin is not able to see the toolbar in the comment section

Please could you check the Permission Scheme? Even the administrators could not be able to add comment if they are not in the related permission scheme.

we can add comments but we can't do any formatting to that text
Also, we can't attach link and add image anything in the comment section as no toolbar is there

Please, check the FIeld Configuration scheme associated to your project and verify that  Wiki Style Renderer is selected.
