Hi all,
I have noticed that our 'Time to resolution' field is blank. The resolutions have been set on the final status and the field is present on the screens.
Looking at this projects SLA settings, I am assuming that a Time to resolution SLA needs to be configured (which it is not), in order for the field to record the time to resolution?
Tried searching for some documentation on how the field works, but have not found anything.
Any help appreciated :)

An SLA with the name 'time to resolution' must indeed be in use and based on that information comes into the field.
Have you looked at the descriptions Atlassian offers here about SLA?
