I try to create ticket jira from email , email was sent but ticket not created on jira dashboard.
What must i do ? There is any setting that i miss or i must configured.
That means your email channel has been configured to try to set up a new user automatically when an unknown email sends it something, but your Jira has been configured to not allow people to create their own new accounts.
If you want to process emails from new users, you'll need to enable them to sign up (in a service management project, you can let them in as "customers" which won't contribute towards your licence count)
