We have run into the Error for automation rules described in other threads. The error is There was a problem retrieving permissions for your Jira instance when we try activating the rule. I followed the threads and added the Automation for Jira account to various permissions in the project and it didn't solve the issue. I changed it to User who triggered the event and it does activate the rule but it doesn't seem to rule the rule as it is not showing in the usage logs.
