There is any issue for having unique scheme for all projects ?

I have a 50+ service projects, each service has different services, so i created all schemes for each project there is any lagging could araise on this stuff please let me know ?

No, no lagging at all. In fact, I would say the fewer schemes you use the better the performance would be.

My instance has a similar volume of schemes for notifications, permissions etc... And I've never noticed any performance problems.
