The transition "Respond to reporter" is shown as "Respond to customer"

Hello,

I have a workflow where issues can transit from status "In progress" to "Waiting for reporter" via the transition "Respond to reporter":

However, in the agent view this transition is shown with button "Respond to customer":

Why is that?

What's weird is that this is the only exception: all other transitions are correctly named in the corresponding agent view's buttons.

Yes, I have only 1 workflow, and it serves Security Incident too.

Finish later goes from "In Progress" to "Open". It is not affected by the problem.

Yes, there are 3 properties and I think you spotted the problem!

The problem is probably due to the first one, which forces the title to "Respond to customer". Do you think I can just remove it with no consequences?

As far as I know you can remove it, it's purely a cosmetic thing.

And if it is the right workflow, is there a property set up in the transition "respond to reporter"?
