When I change the status of any ticket, the status is not being updated/saved, it keeps like processing or loading, I0ve already tried one by one, batch, also at queue page and directly in the ticket page, but nothing works to change the status, it remains as OPEN, but I would like to move to WORK IN PROGRESS or DONE.
Hi @Nicolás Navas welcome to the community. Does this happen for all users, or just your account? Have you tried another browser or removing your browser cache files? I've been using my instance today without any issues, so I don't believe it's a system wide issue.
Have you rebooted your system? Just trying to remove some variables for troubleshooting.
