Hi,
I have set up a helpdesk and an associated service project. I am using a security scheme because the board contains sensitive data of the customers. Now, however, employees no longer have the option to share a ticket in the helpdesk. Is this because of the security scheme? And if so, is there a way to be able to use this function despite the security scheme?
Thank you and greetings, Sandra
Hi @Sandra Hobelsberger. No, it's not because of the security scheme. The issue security level allows you to control who can see particular issues. Customer permission determines who customers can share requests with. For more details, see Permissions for your service project and Jira site.
I hope that helps.
