Hi Team,
When we send the mail from our mailbox it is allowing and creating the ticket in the Jira service management.
We have got the rejection message(The message was rejected because it is a bulk mail) while we send an email from our Solarwinds tool.
Kindly check and help me to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Kumar

How do i setup the whitelist in the Datacenter Edition?
Hello @Kumar Elumalai,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
This issue happens when emails are auto-forward or redirected and it generates the auto-submitted: auto-generated header and it causes Jira to reject those emails.
For more information about this, please check the ticket below. Also, vote and watch to receive updates from our product team.
It's possible to add domains to the allowlist, but it's not possible to disable the bulk filter, so emails with the header Auto-Submitted may still be rejected.
Please, go to Project settings > Email requests (company-managed project) or Project settings > Channels > Emails (team-managed project). On the top right, click on … > Manage allowlist.
Kind regards,
Angélica

Hello @Angélica Luz,
I can't find the manage allowlist on the Jira Datacenter version. Is the functionality limited to the Cloud version? Thank you!

Tomas

@Angélica Luz seconding Tomas' comment. Is there a way to use allowlists in DataCenter? I have a showstopper problem with a customer who sends email via ServiceNow and these legitimate messages are being discarded as bulk mail.

And the next asking within 3.5 years regarding DataCenter ...

But at least there is the solution for DataCenter regarding the initial question :-)
