The mail configuration is visible to the recipients

Hi All!

I have concerns regarding when my team does outcoming mail to recipients, the problem is on the recipient's end, the email body is visible to them. Please see the image below as an example and we do not want this way.

*Note: Not all the projects we have is like this**

Instead, we want this way. Only the message and the sender is visible to the recipients. See the image below.

I would like to know if there is a similar issue with this.

Hi @Jehona Eslais 

taking a quick look, it seems that your customers are getting the wrong emails. The first screenshot looks like a jira notification, but instead an external user should get a customer notification.

Are you using a third party app? Looks a little bit like email this issue?

Looks like there is a misconfiguration of the app and notifications.
Could you please post screenshots of your email config?
