When a JSM ticket is closed and the user receives the closed email, the link to send a survey is not able to be clicked. The user has to copy and paste the link into a browser to complete a survey.
Is this the default email JSM sends to perform a review or is it something you added to the closed email? Can you share a screenshot of your closed notification if it is the closed email?

@Mary Ann Mackrell Looks like you have security software that is changing the links and pushing them through URLDefense. You should check with the IT team to see if it is their policy to remove the actual link function. It has to do with the client and not JSM.
