Hello,
I shared a ticket, agent role, with the option share to a people who haven't yet registered onto Jira.
The people after registering the account got the message like the photo and then he could not access the platform.
Any of you have experienced this ? And how to resolve it ?

@ARConseil do you mean the language that is appearing? or there is other issue?
@ARConseil go on permission and check if you have add Service desk customer - portal access under Manage Watchers

The problem, experienced above, happened after I shared the issue from agent interface.
