The first access on JIRA Service Desk block

Hello,

I shared a ticket, agent role, with the option share to a people who haven't yet registered onto Jira.

The people after registering the account got the message like the photo and then he could not access the platform.

Any of you have experienced this ? And how to resolve it ?

@ARConseil do you mean the language that is appearing? or there is other issue?

The people who I shared could not access onto Jira to view the ticket.

@ARConseil go on permission and check if you have add Service desk customer - portal access under Manage Watchers

I got the solution, declare the user with profile Service Desk then it works.
