The date field is wrong when I export from Jira form to PDF file

Hi everybody,

I'm facing a problem related to Jira form on Jira Service Management Cloud. When our customer submit form on thier ticket, their date of birth submitted was 28/12/2024. However, I export this form to PDF, the date of birth is 28/12/2004. I don't edit anything. Please help me.

Same here, not matter what I tried the issue is still the name.
