I have a scrum dashboard. I created task fo future development and don't add the sprint because I wanted to keep it in the backlog. But I don't see this task on the backlog.

Hello @Mariia Skurska

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Do you have any filters applied to your backlog? If so try clicking the Clear Filters option and let us know if that reveals the missing issue.

What is the issue type of the missing issue?

What is the Status of the issue? If the issue is already in a status that matches the statuses mapped to the column farthest to the right on your board, then it will not display in the backlog.

If you are using a Company Managed project navigate to the board configuration and review the Filter Query for the board. Make sure there is not anything in the filter query that would exclude the issue from your board.
