Dear Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking assistance with an issue we're experiencing with Jira access. Despite having active users listed in our system, the team in India is unable to access Jira. All users are marked as active, and have used the portal without issue for months, until now...
They've tried a VPN, but still have had no luck.
Could anyone provide insights or potential solutions to resolve this access issue?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Marc

Hi @Marc Keezer ,
Could you maybe share what the users that cannot access the portal see when they try to access the help center?
Apart from that, you could monitor Atlassian Status if there are any active incidents related to product you're using (in this case, JSM), but I don't see any disruptions so that may not be it.
Cheers,
Tobi

@Marc Keezer interesting 🤔 I've never seen this message to be honest.
I would suggest contacting Atlassian Support and check it out with them as it seems to be a backend problem and probably there isn't something much we can do from here.

@Marc Keezer If you do find a solution, I believe people here would appreciate if you could share what was the root issue and how it was resolved.
In any case, good luck with this!
